    Specs:
    iMac 2010 27" QuadI7 OSX10.11, iMac 2008 OSX10.11, MBP Late2011OSX10.11 , iPad Air, iPhone 3GS
The OSX DVD's that come with a Mac Model are only for a Mac with the exact same specs, and other DVD's will not work. If you went with Ebay, you probably will get the Wrong DVD.

Contact Apple and they will sell you the original DVD that came with your machine.

About the only way is to call Apple (800#).

Alternatively...if you just need an OS install disk...you could purchase this:

Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - Apple Store (U.S.)

Thank you but Apple is making me pay 49 dollars because I don't have warranty or something on my device.

No one said it was going to be free!...but $49 is more than I would have expected them to charge.

For $29 + shipping...you can get the Snow Leopard install disk I linked.

To me it's nice to have the original as you get the Apple Hardware test which has come in handy also.
