I have a customer who uses Windows Remote Desktop on their MAC OSX Lion to connect to a Windows 2003 server to run their app. For some reason, only Remote Desktop version 2.0 works, 2.1 crashes with errors. The version of Remote Desktop will sometimes update from 2.0 to 2.1 without anyone clicking on Software Updates. Does anyone know how I can stop these Remote Desktop updates from happening on the MAC?
QUOTE Thanks

Unless you need to perform due diligence for the application use CoRD instead of RDC.

Updates for RDC are done through the MS AutoUpdate not the RDC application directly.
