Im relatively new to Mac. I wanted to see my screen clear of the dock and menu bar so used the instructions from a site I can't remember now. I want to unhide the men bar and dock now. The dock option allows me to unhide but still hides itself. Any suggestions
P.S:Im working on Lion

Click the full-screen button at the top right of the app window to go full screen. If the app supports it.

Hide the Mac Menu Bar

That should allow you to unhide the Menu Bar. If not let us know.

Feel stupid now! I found the app I used. DOCKER. I must have been overriding the system preferences
