Time capsule

I have an iMac 27" with 2 tb time capsule with 700 gb available.

But I keep getting

Time machine could not complete backup. The backup disc image...could not be accessed (error-1)

Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).
