Crashing Softwares

Since my Apple MacBook Pro updated itself automatically, every application has been crahsing, starting with itunes, iphoto, Yahoo MSC and the list goes...how to fix this problem....in fact i want to reste my computer and i dont know how

Without telling us anything about your MacBook Pro, you're not going to get any help. We need to know which MBP you have? Year, Model? What version of OS X it's running? And which automatic update(s) did you install?
