Hi all.

last time my notebook's software did weird things and messed me around, this forum was very helpful. Therefore I once again seek your help.

This is the report of the weird freeze/shutdown I had, and I am afraid that my system is running os its last dimes. What is causing the freeze and/or shutdown?

What were you doing when you received the panic? What program was running at the time? The KP report is telling us that the crash occurred during a process with the GPU (graphics controller).
