imovie application error

i have a mac os x 10.6.8 and my imovie won't let me export a video i made. i have made previous projects on there and this is the first time i had this error message. i tried rebooting it, turning off time machine and exporting it through quicktime.
maybe someone can suggest something i haven't tried?
this is the error message it's giving me.
i appreciate everyones help.

Can you tell me how to check it? Btw when I was creating the movie it was freezing and rebooting the program a few times
