Welcome to Mac-Forums

I presume you mean 10.8 Mountain Lion, which is in Developer preview and should only be used by people who know what they are doing, so we're not going to be able to help with you that..

You need to revert back to 10.7 Lion or whatever version of OS X was on your Mac before you did the upgrade. If your Mac came with Lion, then you might have the installation media, otherwise you'll have to get it from the Mac App Store again..

You received the answer to your problem from member "Raz0rEdge". Reinstall Lion.

(Mountain Lion is only for developers, and if you are a true Apple developer, you shouldn't be posting in these forums.)
