I don't remember having these "solid" black borders on many of my menu items/functions on my Mac.
e.g I checked my Mac OS X version and I notice a solid dark black border around the "Mac OS X" The bottom border runs through the middle of the version number 10.7.3 I also get that border on other functions items etc. Very strange. And also I have this oblong looking window on my desktop that will display what action/function I am doing or switch to? I checked for malware but it found nothing. Any help??? Thanks |

Open your System Preferences application and select "Universal Access". Click on the "Seeing" tab. Now check to see if by chance you turned on "VoiceOver". If you did, turn it off.
