Can anyone tell me if I use Lightroom on my Mac and Photoshop on Win 7 running in Parralels, will I be able to send photos from Lightroom to Photoshop and back?

Yes, just make sure that you have sharing turned on in Parallels. You should be able to share files between the VM and OS X.

I personally use and prefer Fusion, however, we have lots of folks who are members of our forums who prefer Parallels. Since both offer a free trial, download a trial copy of each and choose the one you like.

Also... don't overlook the free VirtualBox by Oracle. It's not as elegant as the other two and doesn't offer virtualization of a Boot Camp installation, but you can't beat the price: free. Here is the download LINK.
