I keep getting crashes on my macbook pro osx lion. I thought I removed both parallels and virtual box, but the crash dump still shows signs of them. Any suggestions how to completely get rid of them?

Dud you remove Paralell in the prescribed manner or simply drag to trash?

KB Parallels: How to uninstall/delete a Virtual Machine

And for VirtualBox go into Terminal:-

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
