OS 10.4 - Quick Licensing Q

Right just a quick easy one, my mate has lost/miss placed his Tiger DVD so would his copy be a valid one if he used my install disc as he does physically own a copy.

NB I know the rules about pirate software on the board and agree with them but for once this is a real question

Nope it wouldn't be valid. He should get in contact with apple to try to get a replacement disk

thats cool thanks, spoke to his last night and his disc is at his moms only problems is that she is in the UK and he is in NZ, far from ideal at this time of year
