...but, yes, Automator can do a batch rename. I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can. They're - Their - There | Two - Too - To | You're - Your | MAC - Mac I was on the M-F honor roll for October, 2006.

i saw this on the apple site the other day, i dont know if its what you are looking for but you might try it out, and as surfwax95 said you probably ought to back up your files before you try it. better safe than sorry
