font size too big

I was in utilities trying to, I forget why I was in there. There was some aperture thing in the colors area that I made bigger. Now all the fonts are too big. I don't know how to change it back. I also did something to the colors, I think.

Can you please tell me the default font and color settings, or the best ones for my IMAC 10.5.8?
