Unhappy Help! Macbook Pro alert sound every 5 seconds
Please help! My macbook pro has started beeping every 5 seconds. The beep is an alert/notification sound so i can actually change it. But doing so only helps me... not the problem! Today I did use Vuze to download a torrent for the new version of Final Cut Pro... but once it happened I immediately deleted it and it has since continued. I signed into a guest account and it doesn't make the alert sound on there. I don't know if there is something else I need to do to erase more hidden files that might be causing it... or if I should just use my discs to reinstall everything?

    Pleaseee helppp

Yeah see...we don't support illegal software downloads via torrents!

Stay away from illegal torrent downloads...and you'll help yourself stay away from problems! If the beeping you're experiencing is related to the torrent download...not really much we can help you with...could be almost anything.
