Keyboard shortcut for navigating dialogue box in Lion

Is there a keyboard shortcut for switching between buttons in a dialogue box, so that I don't have to use the mouse to select an option? In Lion OS

Only if you turn on Full Keyboard Access under Keyboard (it used to be under Universal Access but they moved it -- LOVE YA APPLE!!).
