Hi All,
I am developing a application on MAC, which will send a notifaction to the User , If any USB pen driver is connected to that machine..my Application will send a message to the USER. So i would like to know, how can i detect , whether the USB drive is connected with my machine or not?.. Thanks in advance. |

G'day and welcome to the forums.
When you connect the pen drive, it will appear on the desktop. If it does not go into Finder > Preferences and make sure the 'Show these items on my Desktop' are selected. Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer! |
