Change Display settings

Hi,
I've cracked the edge of my macbook screen and would like to minimize and move the entire display a bit to the left, how can I do this?

You can't without changing the resolution and that may wind up causing more distortion. The best solution is a new LCD. If you need suggestions on where to get it replaced, let us know.
