HALP!!

I am using a Macbook Pro (model 5,5) running Lion OSX 10.7.3

my mac was running just fine, i closed it, and when i opened it up 20 minutes later it didnt wake back up from sleep mode. It did turn on after a few panicked minutes and then i was greeted with the attached error message.

The words that scared me the most were 'panic' and 'faulting cpu'. can anyone tell me what's going on and perhaps any necessary precautions i should take?

thanks

Did you happen to put it to sleep while either Parallels was open or something was happening with your optical drive?

Do you use WWAN? In other words, do you use a 3G stick with your Mac? The wwand process looks like it might be causing problems (it's used for WWAN).

To be honest, I'd be willing to bet this was a one off. If its starts recurring regularly, that would be the point where i would start to worry.
