can anyone help - i've recently purchased an imac and now none of my CS3 or CS4 software [ which had been backed up] will work. I'm getting an error 6 code and they say that the licensing for the product has stopped working
all gratefully received.

p.s i've live chatted with adobe. they wont do anything without the serials and i cant find the original disks...

I'm afraid I think you've answered your own question. You've changed machine and need to re-licence the software - but you'll need the serial numbers to do that. Unless of course you have proof of purchase from the retailer or your registration confirmation email from Adobe. In that case you can email Adobe support to have the serials re-issued to you.Not been around these parts for a while. Trying to change that . .
