Hey everybody,
What's up?!

Before three days I have noticed something unusual is happening to my Mac
I can't explain it here, so I recorded a video to let you see what is that thing

what I need is to tell me if you know what is that? and how can I make it again?
I really don't know how I made it ^__^

It looks like you've download Cinch, somehow.

Have you downloaded any new apps recently?

That looks like better touch tool or better snap tool. I think there are others like Cinch as mentioned - but the shading and corners is exactly like how better touch tool and better snap tool do it.
