Simple question. Should my iCloud password by the same as my Mac LogIn? It used to be but I did something stupid and it's not anymore.

Should it be ?? By no means at all.
Your iCloud password is the password you use to log into the email provider you use for your email. With the 'Mac Login' do you mean the Administrator Password you use to log into your Mac ?? No matter what the answer is there, it still remains no.
What is the stupid thing you did ? as we might be able to help you out still.

Cheers

Your iCloud password is the password associated with your AppleID. Your Admin password is whatever you defined it to be.
