I have a old iBook G/3. 500mhz with 384 mb memory, I just wiped it and installed the original Mac OS 9.1....now I want to update the software to OSX but I can't remember which to use now....I have panther and the one after that (can't remember the name since it's been so long)
Also would like to know if I can't go straight to 10.4.11 or if I have to go in order ?? Also I did the Internet setup and see my wireless on there but it won't connect Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks |

Tiger (10.4) came after Panther, so if the machine could handle it you'd have what you need, but I seriously doubt that it would cope. Panther wil be about as much as I'd put on there, given the spec.
