Easiest way to migrate contacts from old Lion system -> Lion system? (address book)

Also, easiest way to migrate auto-fill e-mail recipients?

I feel the two go hand-in-hand but am not sure.

I don't want to use migration assistant since I'm starting a fresh system, so I just need my Address Book contacts + autofill.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Use the Export to AB archive function in Addressbook. The use the import function on the new system.

As for the previous receipts I am not sure.
