FYI : Mac Mini 2011 - osx 10.7
This is a HMB4IHM question. I've accumulated a lot of files in my Downloads folder. Is it okay to delete files from that folder? Are there some that can be and some that shouldn't? Thanks Tim (legend : HMB4IHM = Help me before I hurt myself) Software developer since 1987, web programmer since 1996. Linux user since 2000. 2011 mac mini, 8 Gb RAM. |

Yes use Select All and Delete.
Once upon a time used to burn downloads to DVD to save, but the speed upgrades are released not worth it today. And of course then was using a 56kbps dial up! Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer! |
