My used Mac power pc g5 (3.0) crashed and I had the hard drive replaced and ram upgraded to 2 gb. I had none of the software that came with it . The tech put Tiger on it and he won't put leopard on it. I found a guy that will put it on for $80, but he doesn't have garage band 08. Any suggestions on where I can turn ?

Make sure that, wherever you get it from, you get the black retail discs and not the grey machine-specific ones.
