Back up your address book contacts on your Mac. Now.
Open the MobileMe preference pane. In Sync, you have Advanced…; click that and select your machine. Then click Reset Sync Data… and reset the appropriate parameters so that your contact data goes TO the cloud (MobileMe). It will write everything there, and you should be back to normal. MAKE SURE you've got the direction going the right way. If you muff it, then use your backup. You also try to figure out why you lost them in the first place. |
