Whenever I turn my Macbook Pro on, a few minutes after startup, a small flashing message appears very briefly, so much so that I don't have time to read it! I THINK I can see some yellow on the message though, in the shape of a triangle.

Does anybody know what this could mean?

Use the Console Utility to read the logs. Look for messages at the time of startup.
