iWeb publishing

Just wondered how you publish an iWeb website now you can't signup to mobile me anymore. I have iWeb '11 and it still asks me about mobile me when i click publish can I use iCloud? I don't really want to have to install Lion if I don't have to.

I think Apple have discontinued iWeb. So I guess you just have to FTP the files to a webserver somewhere.
