My problem is exactly what the title says. I wanted to downgrade my Mac so I went to recovery (dont ask why) So I held down command R and it went into recovery, but now I can't get out. I try holding option during start up but it only shows me the recovery HD as an option. I know that my Macintosh HD is ok because it is recognized in Disk Utility, and I repaired in just to make sure but it is still not showing up.
