Hi,
I bought an ibook G4 two days ago and it's not new.Its problem is that at first, the mac symbol appeared but today it only gives me the multicolored screen and then nothing.I tried pressing the left part bellow between the keyboard and the mouse pad and it showed the symbol once but after a few more reboots, nothing.I put the install DVD in,it makes the reading sound but there is no image, only either the multicolored screen or just the gray screen and I tried many things but nothing works. Please tell me what the heck does it have!!
Thank you...

That thing has some serious issues. Get a refund!!!!

Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).
