The kernel panic is referring to Google Chrome but that may not be the cause. Try this:

Boot up in Safe Boot mode: Hold down your shift key as soon as you hear the post chime. If the system boots OK, change your default browser from Chrome to Safari. Make sure Chrome is not starting up by itself when the system boots.

Now reboot normally. Let's see what happens.

OK. It appears that the kernel panics are being caused by a hardware error and not software although that may still be a possibility.

Are you getting a kernel panic when booted up in safe mode?

A kernel panic in safe mode points to a hardware error.

Do this: Run the Apple Hardware Test on your machine. Let's see if it comes up with an error code.
