airport firm ware?

I have a 2006 macbook, i just installed 10.5 on it. air port still has some issues and will crash after 5 minutes. are there any firmware updates i can download?

OS X 10.6.4
2GB RAM
2.4Ghz Core 2 Duo

Access and run the Apple software updater. If there are any firmware or other updates available for your machine and Leopard, it will tell you.

ok i did that and its says.

Wireless Card Firmware Version: 1.4.16.2


isnt there a 5.x ??


should i manually Download and install this?

EDIT: it said a newer version is already installed.....
