Need to restore search bar

My search bar and return options have vanished. I've tried some suggestions, but nothing has worked so far to restore them. I'd appreciate any help.

Can you be a little more specific? Which search bar? Spotlight in the menu bar? The search field in Safari? Also, can you give us a little more detail on what you mean by "return options"?

It would also be helpful if we knew which version of Mac OS X you were running.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

Actually! I just found the instructions and fixed it! Went to View, toolbars, navigation toolbar! ;-) All done!
