Greeting Card/Print Help?

I create and sell greeting cards and various sized prints created with my photos. I've been using a Xara product, Magix, with my PC, and love it -- but it isn't Mac compatible. Now that I've switched to a Mac, I need to find software that will meet my needs. I don't need bells and whistles...no clip art, etc. I just need a good "pro" program.

Can anyone direct me?
