Hi,

After I install Mac Msn messenger 8.0.1, all my settings were back to factory settings. All songs in itune GONE. All bookmark in my safari GONE. Wallpaper also changed to original settings. ( basically all applications that were opened when installing msn messenger have been wipe clean and changed back to factory settings.)

I have MAC OS X 10.5.8

Thanks so much

Are you sure you didn't rename your home folder somewhere along the line?

If so, here's how to fix it:

Recover from renaming your Home folder

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
QUOTE Thanks
