Remote desktop connection external hard drive access

I am connecting to the university server through RDC from my mac. I have set up in preferences to access all hard disks connected to the mac. Though I can see the external hard drive connected to mac, when I click it in the remote desktop it says the folder is empty. Th external hard drive is FAT32 formatted and it opens in PC. Any suggestion will be greatly welcomed. |
