Hi, I currently work at a primary school. We have over 60 laptops running tiger.

I would like to try a few new changes to make life more simple for the kids and staff!!

I would like to open a child's laptop, after pressing the on button I would be greeted with a login screen, were the child could type their name and a generic password, this would then log them in to a user from the server.
Like being a student at college, you login and you have your desktop (created by the college) with the things that you would need to use not random stuff!

A: is this possible to do?
B: how do I do it?

I hope this makes sense!! Thank for the help.
