I am using a Brother DCP-115c printer/scanner .

There are 3 problems:

1) When scanning (in details mode), it always scans twice. Sometimes one of the scans is the full page and the other only part of the page.

2) When scanning with the "Scan" button in the non-detailed mode, it always scans in high resolution. That is why I have to go to details mode.

3) When going into details mode, it automatically scans a preview which is a total time waste.

All I want is to be able to scan simply as I used to do on my Windows machine: determine the resolution, press Scan, and get one good scan.

All help would be greatly appreciated.
QUOTE Thanks
