Have you recently added memory to your Mac Pro? The kernel panic you're getting may be related to a hardware fault which is common to kernel panics. There is nothing else in the KP report that indicates it's software but it's also possible it could be that.

Pull the new memory modules and let the system run for awhile with the original modules. Let's see what happens. If the kernel panics stop, then we know that the memory you added is either defective or may be of the wrong type. By the way, memory for a Mac Pro has to be ECC. Ordinary memory modules used in other Macs will not work right.

- Specs:
- iMac, i7 4GHz, 32GB memory, 1TB PCI-e storgae StOS X.13.3
And USB hubs are pretty temperamental FREDs, even the powered ones.
Did you get the memory from a Mac specialist? PC shops know zilch about the requirements of your Mac Pro for low density memory.Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
