Is it possible to run any Mac OS in virtualized image? I would like to keep my PC laptop, but run Mac OS versions for testing, and for IOS development.

If I understand correctly, the IOS emulators for iPhone and iPad can only be run in a Mac OS -

Is there any virtualization product that will let me do this? I prefer Virtual Box.

Thanks

You can only run OSX on a Apple Mac.
Running OSX in anything other than a Mac is illegal and thus won't be talked about in this forum.

Yes you are correct. Mac OSX can only legally be installed on Apple Branded Hardware. Anything else is against their rules and can not be discussed here. Sorry.
