    Specs:
    2008 15" MBP Yosemite, 2012 21.5" iMac Yosemite
You will be lucky if you can get your hands on a copy. Best option is e-bay and craigslist. Just be sure you get the black retail disc and not a grey one. Grey is machine-specific and won't work on any Mac other than the one it shipped with.
Expect to pay upwards of $125 USD.
    64GB iPhone 6, 64GB iPad Air 2.

Reminder: Please include your Mac's specs. This will make it much easier for the other members to assist you.

    Specs:
    20" Intel iMac 2.4 Ghz/3G Ram/320HD, Snow Leopard. PBook G4, 1.5Ghz/1.5 Ram/250 HD, Leopard 10.5.6.
Because 10.5 is an entire OS, wheras the .1, .2 etc, are just incremental updates to that OS.

Can I just jump to the newest version of operating system? or do I have to buy 10.5, then 10.6, etc.?

Yes, you can, though Apple say not, you can buy Snow Leopard (10.6) and do a full install.
I am not sure if you can go from Tiger to Lion the same way, but you can to SL no problem.
    Cheapest option to be honest.

I ordered the 10.6 because I need it to get the 10.7, 10.5 is too expensive and not needed to move forward. Thank you for all your help Kevriano!
