Is there a way to create a full install disc or flashdrive of OS X lion (no additional download required) to use as a recovery option if a failure should occur that knocks out the recovery partition and I'm out in the field without internet available? Or do I just have to buy the OS X flash drive?

I cannot download lion as it's pre-installed and app store says "installed" even if I hold the option key.
