The window is hiding and cannot be dragged (Mac OS 10.7)

I have a ppt window open and the window is hiding up there. I tried to get it down but it doesn't work because the upper control bar is hiding! This problem is really annoying! I never encountered such problem in the older system.

And this pic shows that there is actually a window hiding there.


Help? Please.

In the menu bar -> Window -> Casacade

At least it works for ppt window. Hope it is helpful info for other ppl who are as annoyed as me :p
