just bought a Macpro, it has osx Lion installed. the seller said = Lion 10.7 has been installed and the system was shut-off, so when you turn it on for the first time it will be just like a brand new computer. i didnt know you could do that. this it what it will look like. guess its like installing any other OS, when it restarts you enter all your info, right ?

As Domb states OS X.7.2 has not been released other than to developers, so it may have been downloaded from a pirate site. Something is not quite right so boot up and see if it actually works. It will still be a 2006/2007 Mac Pro 1.1 Dual Core.

Did you get any discs with it and from a reputable seller, not from an auction site?

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

I have 10.7.1 also and my computer is up to date. It probably is a pirated version.
