Safari, grammar and spelling

In safari my gramar and spelling is set to correct automatically and its blanked out meaning I cannot change it. I want it to tell me if its not proper gramar by underlining but not correct automatically.

There are no settings for grammar and spelling in Safari. Please clarify?

Those settings must be specific to a particular web site. Please identify which one.
