Since this is the Rumors & Reports Sub-Forum, I'd like to ask if anyone has heard any rumors and/or reports about the following:

1) Does Apple plan to fix the Lion graphics drivers so programs... er, apps... such as Second Life viewers will run correctly? (No problems with OS X 10.6.)

2) If you deselect a two-fingered tap to be right-click, or whatever, it isn't possible in Lion to reselect it. Any rumors about when that will be fixed?

3) If anyone has an idea when Apple is going to fix Lion so it doesn't crash every few days, I'd really like to know! (If you want to know why I'm asking, I have a post that was exiled to some rarely read section of the forum.)

"Rarely read section of the forum"...I think not.

If you ask a questions or make a comments about the Lion OS (a purely OS related question/statement) as you did here:

Lion = Crash-A-Day

...then it belongs in the "OS X Operating System" section...NOT THE "Rumors & Reports" section!

There is a post in R&R that is titled, "Why I'm Not Committing To Lion Yet", and it was my intention to shed some light on the "upgrade" experience.

This is NOT the section to ask questions about Lion in. That is not a rumor.

Second LIFE needs to fix their issue. This is NOT an Apple issue.

No crashes here in Lion 24 hours a day since release. The other issue you site might be a new feature. Move back to 10.6 it you dislike Lion.

It absolutely IS an Apple issue. There are many SL viewers, and Lion trashed all of them.

It's 'cite', and upgrading to Snow Leopard is no longer an option. It would take a week.

No, you can't obey the Forum rules. Questions are not rumors and reports. When is 10.8 coming out? What is it's name. That would be a rumor. I am done here and it looks you might be also.

We are done here. That was a direct insult of one of our staff and totally against the Community Guidelines as his disobeying the Mods.
