    How to restore a usb thumb drive using disk utility
    i reformatted my usb thumb drive to Mac os extended (journaled). and I can't right click the drive to restore it it wants me to select something html:/. How do i restore the drive so i can make a bootable version of os x lion.
    13'' MacBook Pro
    2 ghz core 2 duo
    4gb ram
    250 HD

    It wants a disk image to restore.

    There are lots of guides around but this will take you through it.
