I've tried everything including deleting the .plists, and it is very frustrating not being able to listen to my iTunes library Not sure if this is any help, but I've also had problems with Safari and iChat crashing also, although I've been able to fix them.

Tried re-downloading and installing iTunes. I know iTunes works under Lion I used it most of the day yesterday to listen to several internet radio stations.
Did you know these forums are soon to be shut down?
