How to upgrade to Java 1.7 on OS X 10.4.11

I've got a PowerBook G4 running OS X 10.4.11. I've been able to upgrade Java to 1.5 using System Preferences. Is there a way that I can upgrade java to 1.7 on OS X 10.4.11?
